Emergency power cuts continue in Kiev due to the consequences of enemy shelling.
This is reported by DTEK in Telegram.
According to power engineers, specialists work continuously to eliminate damage as quickly as possible and stabilize the power system. Now the situation remains difficult: tentatively Kiev citizens have about three hours of power supply and up to ten hours without light.
DTEK notes that the energy system operates in emergency mode, so the actual hours with light can vary depending on the state of the grid and the amount of damage.
If there is no electricity supply at a particular address for more than 12 hours, it may indicate a localized accident. In such a case, residents are advised to check the presence of the recorded damage via DTEK's official chatbot or on the company's website.
If there is no information about the accident, it is necessary to contact the housing and utility company or condominium association. They should check the intra-house networks and, if necessary, submit a corresponding request to the power engineers.
