During the afternoon of April 28, Russian drones attacked Kyiv. The consequences were recorded in the Shevchenkivskyi and Solomianskyi districts, Head of the Kyiv City Military Administration, Tymur Tkachenko reported.

«In the Shevchenkivskyi district, the roof of an unfinished building is damaged,» he said.

Mayor Vitali Klitschko added that debris falling on the roof of the unfinished building caused a fire. Additionally, falling drone debris led to a car collision on one of the streets.

«Medics hospitalized one injured person. As a result of the blast caused by the drone falling, a pedestrian was struck by a car, ” the mayor said.

According to the State Emergency Service, the facade of the unfinished building was damaged, and the roof slab was partially destroyed. Rescuers extinguished two minor fire outbreaks.

According to authorities, UAV debris also fell on a cemetery in the Solomyanskyi district, igniting trash. Furthermore, Klitschko reported that medics treated another victim in Solomianka.
