Devastating strike on Kyiv on July 31: Death toll rises again
The latest Russian attack on Kyiv has claimed the lives of 11 people so far. However, rescue operations are ongoing, and the number of casualties may still increase.

The death toll from the Russian attack on Kyiv on the night of July 31 has risen again - 11 people have died.
State Emergency Service of Ukraine reports this.
A total of 93 people were injured, including 11 children. Search and rescue operations continue near the destroyed high-rise buildings.
The Kyiv police clarified that eight people died in the Sviatoshynskyi district, all residents of a destroyed entrance of a nine-story building. Among those killed by Russia was a six-year-old boy who died on the way to the hospital.
In the Solomianskyi district, three residents of a four-story building — men aged 36 to 67 — lost their lives.
Rescuers have already removed nearly 500 tons of construction debris and cleared 36 destroyed vehicles. Psychologists from the police and the State Emergency Service have provided assistance to nearly 100 affected people.
Mobile migration service centers and Ministry of Internal Affairs mobile service centers are also operating at the sites of the enemy strikes. People who lost their documents have already applied for at least four ID cards and one driver’s license.
