A unique project of the REITER HALL boutique business center is being implemented in the center of Kyiv. The developer of the project, the NEST company, promises to treat the 120-year history of the building on Reitarska Street with respect. Completion of construction works is scheduled for 2025.
The project should transform the building of the former Kyiv Zemstvo Council, and then the Kyiv Engineering and Reclamation Institute. Since it has the status of a monument of history and architecture, the REITER HALL project has been approved by all authorities related to the protection of cultural heritage. Permission was obtained from the Ministry of Culture and the Department of Cultural Heritage Protection of the Kyiv City State Administration, and a contract was signed with the Institute of Archeology of the National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine. In addition, the project has passed an international independent examination and received a LEED certificate. It confirms the environmental friendliness of the construction. NEST talks about delicacy and harmony as the main rules of architectural design.
Due to the use of modern technologies and materials, the building on Reitarska Street will be strengthened and will receive at least another hundred years of new life. At the same time, the general style and original architectural idea will be preserved. The synthesis of history and modernity of REITER HALL should be implemented taking into account advanced European experience in this field. This is confirmed by the fact that the basis of the REITER HALL concept is the idea of a leading Swedish architectural bureau. The famous Ukrainian architect Andriy Pashenko also worked on it.
The developer promises that after the completion of the works, he will not add any high-rise superstructures in the historical heart of Kyiv. The quiet charm of Reitarska Street should remain unchanged. The addition to the business center will be landscape design in the nearest park. NEST specialists will take as a basis the best ideas of modern urban planning, the location promises to be attractive both for business and for city residents. According to the authors of the idea, there is currently no real estate segment of this level in the capital.
